Hey, I'm Brandon Pratt. I have been making people drool over my delicious smoked ribs and tri-tips since 2019.
This whole crazy concept of bringing delicious barbecue to your home or event started as a hobby, smoking ribs for co-workers and experimenting with sauces and flavors. Shortly after restaurants were closed and closing in droves because nobody was allowed to go anywhere thanks to a nasty pandemic. I had to do something about this!
I got creative and started selling my tri-tips ribs, and fresh barbecue as requested for super bowl parties, kid’s birthdays, and even baby showers. At one point, I had so many orders I had to defrost ribs in a bathtub, so my house smelled like BBQ for the whole weekend!
Listen. I am not a major franchise. I'm not the one with a million followers on Instagram, or 65,000 'friends' on FB. I'm that local guy you can call that will bring that smoking hot intense and mouth-watering meat to your next event!
Ribs? You got it. Craving some tri-tip? Consider it done.
Want to really impress someone? I smoke/rest my brisket for 19 hours to damn near ensure perfection. (Pro tip: Bring it to your work, you might get a raise!)
DON'T HATE ME VEGETARIANS/VEGANS- I've got something for you too! King oyster mushrooms can be fried/seared, and they pull with the consistency of chicken. So YES! You can join the party too. Think tacos, quesadillas, even sliders or sandwiches.
The best part is, most of my items come with an old family BBQ sauce that originated 50 years ago. The flavor is TRIED AND TRUE, so I'm quite proud of it. I know you'll enjoy it with your friends, family, co-workers, or even frenemies.
